Andrea trains Health Professionals internationally in the evidence-based intervention of Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training  (MB-EAT) leading to qualification as an MB-EAT Instructor and a whole new toolkit of practices to use in individual sessions or in groups. There are three ways to be trained.

She offers a 3 month online interactive professional training that now includes guest faculty appearances by Jean Kristeller PhD, founder of MB-EAT

The online program trains you how to embody the practice and teach mindfulness meditation and mindful eating from a place of authentic experience and understanding over a period of three to four months. Core practices and essential knowledge base to teach the 12 week MB-EAT program and use in client sessions. 

– She also offers 5 day professional residential trainings at retreat centers internationally in MB-EAT  with Jean Kristeller, PhD

The 5 day residential program offers an immersion training into the core practices and essential knowledge base to teach the 12 week program and use in client sessions.

The Well Nourished Approach for Professionals

Professionals may attend selected Well Nourished Retreats that offer CEU’s for an introduction to the approach. Andrea is taking a limited number of health professionals for private mentoring in this approach in 2017-18.
